What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 straws — one wedding’s favors or one counter rack is a normal order — with volume tiers for brands, chains and campaigns.

How fast will my straws arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished straws ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.

Why do you keep talking about the brush?

Because a straw is a tube you cannot see inside, and reusable means trusting that hidden bore hundreds of times. The brush is what makes that trust rational — sized so its bristles actually scrub the wall rather than sliding through — which is why one ships in every set we make and why we call it half the straw.

Which material should we choose?

Each comes with its trade stated. Stainless lasts for years and conducts heat — so it gets silicone tips for hot drinks. Silicone is soft, kid-safe and bite-proof, and holds flavours if left unwashed. Bamboo is natural and compostable with an honest lifespan in months. We will recommend from how and where the straws will actually be used.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Steel and silicone, yes — stated as a rating on the quote, not a vibe. Bamboo, no: it is hand-wash and full-dry, and we say so on its care card. Anything we sell as dishwasher-safe has been through the cycle count that claim implies.

How does branding work on something this thin?

The straw takes a laser engraving (steel) or a deboss (silicone) — permanent, but small. The real canvases are everything around it: the printed pouch, the gift box, the retail band and the keychain case on the collapsible, which is a hard printable surface produced at every single drink. We design the set, not just the tube.

Can you match sets we gave out last year?

Usually. Send physical pieces — metal finishes and silicone colours need matching in hand — and we will tell you plainly how close we can get before production. Set contents, colours and artwork are held on file, so repeat seasons match.

Do you make paper or disposable straws?

No — deliberately. Paper straws, wrapped disposables and single-use wide straws are their own category with their own specialist supplier, and we will point you there happily. Everything on this site is bought once and used for years; that is the entire idea.
